The company overhauls main propulsion engines, auxiliary generator engines and shipboard machinery. Work is delivered by qualified engineers using calibrated measuring equipment, with components reconditioned at the factory and reassembled aboard. Every job is scoped to the engine maker's manual and signed off under class society procedures.
Cylinder unit overhaul covering covers, liners, pistons, rods and exhaust valves. Removal, inspection, reconditioning and reassembly to engine maker tolerances.
Bearing renewal, alignment verification and crankcase work to manufacturer limits. Performed in situ where the engine geometry permits.
