Ro/Ro Passenger · Chimney extension and scrubber installation

Blue Star Delos

  • Extended funnel height by 2,000 mm and breadth by 845 mm, port and starboard.
  • New funnel extension prefabricated from Grade A steel in factory.
  • Removed all original exhaust ducts from main engine (4 pieces) and generator engines (3 pieces).
  • New main engine exhaust ducts using 6 mm Corten steel plates, A 588 material.
  • Installed exhaust ducts for generator engines and one boiler line.
  • Installed seven exhaust gas scrubber systems for main and generator engines.

Ro/Ro Passenger · Chimney extension and scrubber installation

Superfast XI

  • Extended the funnel by 3,000 mm in height and 700 mm in breadth, port and starboard.
  • Funnel extended 6 metres forward along the vessel.
  • New funnel extension prefabricated using Aluminium Alloy H111 5083 in factory.
  • Removed all old exhaust ducts from main engine (4 pieces) and generator engines (3 pieces).
  • New main engine exhaust ducts using 6 mm and 8 mm Corten steel plates, A 588 material.
  • Installed seven scrubber units, fabricated in factory and installed onboard.

Mega Yacht · Bottom damage restoration

Allouette II

  • Damage to the ship bottom from stern to bow.
  • Installed structural pillars along the entire bottom to prevent distortion from thermal work.
  • Daily alignment verification using specialized machinery.
  • Replaced bottom plating using AH-36 steel.
  • Location: Papila Shipyards, Perama.
Mega Yacht · Bottom sheet replacement and fore peak work

Athina

  • Bow replacement at the fore peak.
  • Replacement of bottom plates aft from engine room to stern tube.
  • Support pillars throughout the vessel bottom to prevent distortion during hot work.
  • Daily alignment verification.
  • Bottom plate material: Grade A steel.
  • Location: Atlas Shipyards, Perama.
Oil Chemical Tanker · Lower section bulkhead replacement

Baltic Commodore

  • Replacement of corrugated bulkheads in the lower section above the lower stools, all holds.
  • Material: AH-36 steel, thicknesses 16 mm and 18 mm.
  • Shaping of corrugated bulkhead plates completed at the NAVEP factory.
  • Location: Floating Dock No. 2, Perama shipbuilding and repair zone.
Ro/Ro Passenger · Bottom damage restoration

Blue Star Naxos

  • Repair of damage to the bottom of the ship.
  • Replacement of plates and floors on the bottom at a height of 700 mm from stern to No. 2 forward tank.
  • Post-repair welding inspection using penetrating-liquid methodology (DYE CHECK).
  • Location: Floating Dock No. 1, Perama shipbuilding and repair zone.

Blue Star Patmos

  • Repaired damage to the ship bottom structure.
  • Exchanged plates and flooring along the bottom from stern to bow.
  • Installed support pillars throughout the bottom to prevent distortion during hot work.
  • Daily alignment machine checks.
  • Replacement plates: Grade A steel.
  • Location: Floating Dock No. 2, Elefsis Shipyards.
Bulk Carrier · Ballast system installation

Breeze

  • Installation of a new ballast water management system manufactured by ERMA.
  • Equipment placement in the engine room on the starboard side.
  • Construction and installation of galvanized piping infrastructure.
  • Integration with the existing ballast network.
  • Installation of auxiliary machinery for MACGREGOR system operations.
  • Restoration work addressing damage on the forward port side.
Piping Works · New ballast system installation

Erma Ballast

  • Installation of a new ballast system.
Crude Oil Tanker · Port side damage repair

Genmar Kestrel

  • Damage repair on the starboard side of the vessel in Grade A steel.
  • Replacement of side, side bottom and deck constructed from Grade A steel.
  • Total repair weight: 600 tons (600,000 kg).
  • Location: Permanent Dry Dock, Skaramaga Shipyards.
Car Carrier · Side damage replacement

Hoegh London

  • Port side shell damage renewal.
  • Replacement of damaged side plates, stiffeners, frames, members and stringers in Grade A steel.
  • Repair performed without dry-docking the ship.
  • Location: Drapetsona shipyard repair base, Ro/Ro Car Terminal.
Mega Yacht · 6.5 metre stern extension

Moonlight II

  • Extended the aft section by 6.5 metres.
  • Prefabricated bottom section in Grade A steel at factory. Length 6.5 m, breadth 14.4 m, weight 30.0 tons.
  • Installation completed in Floating Dock Piraeus II.
  • Built tank top upper deck with exterior steel swimming ladder, Grade A prefabricated steel components, fitted and assembled on vessel.
  • Jacuzzi and pool installation on bridge deck, constructed from Aluminium Alloy 5083.
Heavy Load Carrier · Bow thruster removal, double bottom and bow construction

Ocean Jazz

  • Two bow thrusters dismantled in the middle and starboard of the ship.
  • Construction of the bottom bow at side (bilge) and middle of the bottom STBD in Grade A steel.
  • Ship and prefabricated bottom sections transferred to Chalcis Shipyards for assembly using a floating dock facility.
Cruise Ship · Ship name construction and installation

Piano Land

  • Removal of old letters and signals of the ship name on the forward port and starboard sides.
  • Removal of letters from the stern and funnel.
  • Construction and installation, with electric welding, of embossed letters in Grade A steel.
  • Installation using ground lifting cranes.
